Once Upon An Actual Writing Update

So…it’s true. I’ve been writing. pause for cheers and applause and bouquets of flowers being thrown onto the stage. If you’ve noticed the side bar, or the footer bar if you’re on mobile, then you might have seen that I’m working on two projects. Well, three projects counting the poetry book. I’m actually juggling projects right now, so let’s talk about that! 😀 So far, I’m not really having any problems. I started out with a bit of a time problem, but the solution to that was to get up earlier and get some stuff off my plate in the a.m. I tend to work on one for a bit…

    Dramatic Creative Blockage Talk

And then she closed with this: “Don’t be a plotter or a pantser, a strict butt-in-chair person or an exercise-doer, a beginning-to-end-er or a time jumper—don’t be anything other than whatever you need to be…

    A Story Worth Fighting For…

This isn’t like me to fight so hard to get a story to work. I have more ideas than I can handle and two other projects I’m working on that I love, and here I am fighting for Chains of Destiny like my sanity depends on it. I’ve already rewritten parts of this story. Last time, however, I was only halfway through. This time I’m finished and along with a second overhaul of my MC’s POV, there are major plot changes as well. I’ll be honest. I don’t want to do this. I’m afraid it’s a waste of time when I could be writing something else. Also, I don’t do…
