    NaNoWriMo Update #2

insert cries of joy here I feel like I made a major breakthrough with a main character in my story today. This whole time I’ve been working on this story, up until this last scene, his POV has been giving me fits. I’ve written male POVs before, so I knew it wasn’t that. It’s NaNo and we’re not supposed to edit as we go (which I do a tiny bit of at the beginning of any story I’m working on) but I decided to push through that last scene anyway and I’m so glad I did! NaNoWriMo Update

My word count thus far is unimpressive, but it’s still early! I’m only a few hundred words behind so I totally still have hope. ^^ News: I decided a week into NaNoWriMo to change courses. I love my current project. But since I’m not published and remain pessimistic about the whole idea, I don’t think I’m going to relax until I write a sequel. I’ve never done it before. For me, this translates to just under 2 hours on a good day. Is two hours a days a realistic goal? Yes.Since I’ve been getting up earlier, I have three extra hours built in to every day. So here are some tips on how you can manage…

    iPad Mini!!!

My second love in life…Gadgets! There are a few things I geek out over….my writing, skin care products (like, really!), vampires, good movie franchises, some anime/manga, good books (any genre), Harry Potter anything…but the cherry on the top of that list is gadgets! I love my iPad. It’s made of wonderful. HOWever…it’s a little big. And as someone with smallish hands, holding a 10 inch tablet takes some maneuvering at times, especially if I’m lying down. There’s always the risk that I’ll drop it on my face. This is also a great opportunity for me to get a GB upgrade. I’m kind of a pack rat when it comes to…
